Replacement Impala Fuel Pump Assembly Built To OEM Specifications

The electric fuel pump is located in the gas tank and is used to create positive pressure in the fuel lines pushing the gasoline to the engine. The pump and the sending unit are an all in one assembly with an electronic device used to measure the amount of fuel in the tank via a float attached to a sensor which sends information to the fuel gauge in the dash.
