Thank you for your prompt delivery of the rear LeSABRE window regulator that I purchased last week for my 2001 Buick LeSABRE. On the day that ups was to deliver it I decided to give the door work a try. I had just finished removing the inner door panel and removing the broken regulator when ups arrived with the new part. I had no trouble installing it and the job was done! The repair shop had quoted me $454.00 to do the job. (they charged $38.00 to diagnose the problem). By the way, I am a 74 year old woman with arthritic crooked fingers, think how easy it would be for a fit young man......$454.00 vs. $59 plus freight!!! The only problem I encountered with installation was with removal of the upper bolt that secured the original part . The nut had been tightened enough to mash in the surface material around the bolt and left about 1/8 inch less space between the window and the inside surface than was needed to remove the original part without breaking the window behind it. A slight prying outward with a screwdriver of the surface material where the bolt was solved the problem. Thanks again Sue 08/09

I just wanted to let you know how truly impressed I am with your service. As you can see below, I ordered two tail light assemblies for our 2000 Jeep Cherokee. The internal circuit boards that control the brake lights on our old tail light assemblies went out, and with no brake lights, we had to park the car to avoid getting hit from the rear.
After a quick Google search, you guys proved to have the best price, and I was prepared to wait at the very least a couple of weeks before being able to drive the car again. Also, having been burned before by ordering auto parts online, I had in the back of my mind that the parts would come in - and not be of a good quality, or even worse, be the wrong parts and have to be returned.
As your web site states, you "exceeded my expectations". Just a few moments ago, I installed the tail light assemblies, and we can safely drive our vehicle once again! I appreciate your promptness in taking care of my order, and in delivering the right parts at a great price!

I was skeptical of the price vs. quality, but after checking with the BBB,
other on-line review sites, and your own web site.....I placed the order.
I ordered a right side (passenger) headlight for a 2002 Montana. The order
was placed after 9pm on Wed (July 1). The shipping notice was received on
Thur. (July 2), and UPS delivered it on Friday (July 3). The part is perfect. Exact match. All adjustment screws work. The lens
is DOT approved. The mounting points match exactly. All for about $200
less than the dealer. My only regret is that I didn't order both headlights. At this price, I
should have. By the way, great job on packaging (double boxed). And you amazed me that
the shipping point really was Alpena, MI. I was guessing that you were
acting a as clearing house for orders. I've been singing your praises to all my gear-head friends. I didn't have
to use it, but your written return policy is what sold me.

hi there, just wanted to thank you. my name is Susan and I ordered the Buick century turn signal switch from you. of course the cheaper one is in stock now all over the place. but after two orders from two competitors that ended in a refund due to backordered I just wanted to get the part here. the part you shipped showed up perfectly fine. the ups driver brought it right into my covered porch. the part was installed by the dealership yesterday and solved 70% of the problem. unfortunately, it needs a ignition switch to fix the other problem. but the turn signal switch is in and beautiful. I HAVE TURN SIGNALS AGAIN AND HIGH BEAMS!!!!!! Yahoooo!!!!. I just wanted to thank you. I am glad I ordered the part from you and didn't wait hoping the lower price item would come in. I felt better just getting the part here and you were still less expensive than the dealership that wanted almost 600.00 for the same part not installed. I just wanted to send you a compliment. your phone assistance was great and you made a frustrating situation more bearable. people are always quick to complain but don't take enough time to compliment when they are happy about something. so my hats off to you . thank you from a satisfied customer.

I recently made my first and second purchase (both in the same week) from MONSTER AUTO PARTS, INC. and was very pleased in the price, delivery time and how easy it was to place the orders. I just wanted to let you know that I received The window regulator for my 2003 Dodge Durango. I have to say dealing with Monster Auto Parts has been one of the best internet purchase experiences I have had and I buy allot off the internet. I shopped every car parts dealer on the web and nobody could help but Monster Auto parts. I asked a question via e-mail on Saturday and to my surprise I got a response on Sunday from Barb. I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how happy I was with the turn signal switch part that I purchased from you. My son is a new driver and we purchased a 1995 GMC Jimmy for him. Of course after we purchased it we had many issues that needed to be fixed that became very costly. It was a true pleasure to find your site on the internet with the part we needed at a very, very reasonable price. This same part was offered to us by an auto parts store nearby and a Chevrolet dealership for $200 - $300 more. We had a friend install it that does auto body and it is working great. I also called and spoke to someone at your facility about shipping the part quickly and was happy when I received it in 2 days. The person was very helpful and friendly.
