The window regulator is bolted to the door along with the electric lift
motor. The glass is then bolted to the slides on the mechanism and
slides up or down in the rubber channels on either slide. The cable
system can wear, stretch and brake, plastic pulleys are notorious for
failing along with the motor. Pretty simple and straight forward to
